3D tisk flexibilních materiálů metodou FDM

Abstract

Hlavním tématem této diplomové práce je tisk flexibilního filamentu metodou FDM. Konkrétně se věnuje specifikům spojeným s tiskem tohoto materiálu a vlivu výplně testovaného tělesa na výslednou tvrdost produktu. Práce je dělená na tři hlavní části. První se zabývá teoretickou stránkou této práce, a to především popisu technologie FDM, materiálovým vlastnostem a problematice tisku flexibilního filamentu. V druhé části jsou navrženy úpravy extruderu tiskárny MK3S+ od firmy Prusa Research, které mají usnadnit tisk flexibilního filamentu. Poslední část se věnuje vlivu tvaru a hustoty výplně na výslednou tvrdost Shore testovaných těles.The main topic of this thesis is printing of flexible filament by FDM method. Specifically, it focuses on the specifics associated with printing this material and the effect of the test body filler on the resulting product hardness. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first deals with the theoretical aspect of this work, mainly describing the FDM technology, material properties and printing issues of flexible filament. The second part proposes modifications to the extruder of the MK3S+ printer from Prusa Research to facilitate the printing of flexible filament. The last part discusses the effect of the shape and density of the filler on the resulting Shore hardness of the test bodies.
