Abstract
Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh Centra volnočasových aktivit v nově navrženém území Holešovic a bývalém areálu Prefa. Navrhovaná stavba se nachází v centru Holešovic blízko stanice metra a blízko nádraží. Budova centra se skládá ze tří objektů - iQ parku, základní umělecké školy a z čítárny. Součástí areálu je taktéž vedlejší budova Restaurace s kavárnou, která má společný nově navržený předprostor - náměstí. V projektu je tedy dále řešen vzniklý veřejný prostor a architektonicko-konstrukční řešení navrhovaného centra.
Subject of this diploma thesis is the design of Center of Leisure activities in a newly designed area and former Prefa area at the same time. The proposed building is located in a center of Holešovice near metro and train stations. The building consists of three objects - iQ park, elementary art school and reading and relax room. Next building restaurant with a café is a part of area with common and newly designed square. The projekt consists of designed public space and architectural design of new center of Leisure activities.
