Návrh automatické linky pro kontrolu kvality

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh automatizace kontrolního stanoviště komínových vložek. V úvodu práce je představena společnost P-D Refractories CZ a.s. V další fázi je představen koncept Průmyslu 4.0 a jeho možné implementace do reálného provozu. V další části diplomové práce je popsána problematika automatizace zpracovatelského průmyslu, včetně možností automatizace pomocí robotických manipulátorů. Další část popisuje možnosti automatizace procesu kontroly. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu kontrolního stanoviště. Pomocí získaných informací a předem určených okrajových podmínek jsou navržena řešení pro automatizace tohoto procesu. V závěrečné části diplomové práce je provedeno zhodnocení návrhů z ekonomického a technologického hlediska.This diploma thesis is focused on the proposal of automatization of control points of chimney inserts. In the introduction the company P - D Refractories is presented. In the next part the concept of Industry 4.0 and its possible implementations into actual operation are introduced. Further the diploma thesis is describing problems of automatization of manufacturing industry, including the possibilities of automatization using robotic manipulators. In the next part, possibilities of automatization of the control process is already described. Practical part carries out the analysis of current state of control points. Using gained information and peripheral conditions specified in advance, the solutions for automatization of this process are proposed. In the final section of this thesis an evaluation of proposals from the economic and technology perspectives is performed.
