Bytový dům s občanskou vybaveností

Abstract

Jako téma diplomové práce jsem si vybral architektonicky nevšední, víceúčelový objekt. Budovy v prvním nadzemním podlaží poskytují prostory pro ordinační místnosti, technické zázemí budovy, místnosti potřebné ke zdravotnické činnosti a hygienická zařízení. Druhé nadzemní podlaží je určeno k obytným účelům. Pozemek je situován blízko okresního města Jičín, ve vsi Robousy. Cílem závěrečné práce je vypracování vybraných částí projektové dokumentace bytového domu s občanskou vybaveností se zaměřením na některé okruhy ze stavební fyziky. V rámci první kapitoly závěrečné práce jsem zjednodušeně navrhl vybrané části konstrukčně stavebního řešení. Druhá kapitola se věnuje okruhům tepelné techniky, kterými jsou především tepelná stabilita místnosti, jednorozměrné šíření tepla a dvourozměrné šíření tepla. Následující část inženýrské práce se zabývá problematikou dělících konstrukcí z hlediska akustiky. Okruh stavební fyziky, světelná technika je věnován poslední kapitole diplomové práce. V této části se zabývám denním osvětlením obytných místností, místností s trvalým pobytem osob a posouzení proslunění bytů.The main goal of this master thesis is the creation of certain parts of project documentation of the mixed-use two-storey residential building with commercial zone. Subsequently, analysis of some physical properties related to the civil engineering was made. The particular object was chosen due to its architectural attractiveness and functionally diverse purpose. The first storey is designed to contain surgery room, technical room, healthcare-related rooms and sanitation. The second storey then serves as residential part. The object is located near the city Jičín, in the village called Robousy. The first chapter deals with simplified design of certain parts of construction-related features of the building. The second chapter is devoted to the analysis of heat transfer, especially thermal stability of rooms. Some numerical results of 1D and 2D heat transfer simulations are also provided. In the following chapter there is discussed problematics of separate construction complexes form the point of acoustics. The last chapter elaborates some aspects of lighting in the rooms. Namely, there are studied daylight intensity in permanently occupied residential rooms and influence of sunshine duration and intensity in some reference points of the rooms.
