Abstract

Diplomová práce zkoumá pracovní příležitosti a podmínky žen ve vědě a technice s cílem posoudit stávající stav, určit možné příležitosti pro zlepšení a navrhnout vhodná řešení. Teoretická část vymezuje vývoj postavení žen na trhu práce a postavení žen ve vědě a technice. Praktická část analyzuje současný stav a podmínky žen ve vědě a technice v souladu s teoretickými východisky. Výsledkem práce jsou návrhy na zlepšení stávajícího stavu pracovních podmínek a příležitostí žen ve vědě a technice.The master thesis examines the employment opportunities and conditions for women in science and technology with the aim of assessing the current situation, identifying possible opportunities for improvement and proposing appropriate solutions. The theoretical part defines the development of the position of women in the labor market and the status of women in science and technology. The practical part analyses the current situation and conditions of women in science and technology in line with the theoretical background. As a result of the work, proposals are made for improving the current state of working conditions and opportunities for women in science and technology.
