Využití katecholaminergní podpory v léčbě u kritických stavů

Abstract

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám tématem využití katecholaminergní podpory v léčbě kritických stavů. Tato práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Pozornost je nejvíce věnována jednotlivým kritickým stavům, u kterých je využívána katecholaminergní podpora. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy o charakteristických šokových stavech, jako je například jejich patofyziologie, klinické projevy či jejich fáze nebo rozdělení. Druhá část teoretické části obsahuje obecné informace o monitoringu hemodynamiky a jejich parametrů, možnostech ovlivnění vazopresorickou, katecholaminergní podporou a volumoterapií. V praktické části zjišťujeme na základě kazuistik využití jistých druhů katecholaminů či vazopresorů v souvislosti s kritickým stavem. Jejich vedení a efektivitu na stav organismu a další možnou optimalizaci stavu. Na základě těchto informací jsou prezentovány jisté preference dvou různých oddělení v kontextu s aktuálními doporučeními.In my bachelor's thesis, I study the topic of using catecholaminergic support in the treatment of critical conditions. This work consists of a theoretical and practical part. The focus is mostly on individual critical conditions where catecholaminergic support is used. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of characteristic shock states, such as their pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, or their phase spacing. The second part of the theoretical part contains general information about monitoring of haemodynamics and their parameters, possibilities of influence by vasopressor, catecholaminergic support and volumotherapy. In the practical part, we find based on case reports the use of certain types of catecholamines or vasopressors in connection with a critical condition. Their guidance and efficiency on the state of the organism and other possible optimization of the condition. Based on this information, certain preferences of two different departments are presented in the context of current recommendations.
