Společnost s ručením omezeným a její daňová a účetní specifika

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na daňová a účetní specifika společností s ručením omezeným (s.r.o.) v České republice. Cílem teoretické části bylo poskytnout základní přehled právních předpisů a teoretických základů týkajících se účetnictví a daní s.r.o., a to především skrze analýzu platných zákonů a literatury. Praktická část práce demonstrovala aplikaci teoretických poznatků na příkladu fiktivní společnosti ABCD GRAFO s.r.o., kde byly analyzovány specifické účetní a daňové situace, které jsou typické pro společnosti s ručením omezeným. Závěrem práce jsou formulovány doporučení pro danou fiktivní společnost, která byla odvozena z analyzovaných dat.This bachelor thesis focuses on the tax and accounting specifics of limited liability companies (s.r.o.) in the Czech Republic. The aim of the theoretical part was to provide a basic overview of the legal regulations and theoretical foundations related to the accounting and taxation of limited liability companies, primarily through the analysis of valid laws and literature. The practical part of the work demonstrated the application of theoretical knowledge on the example of the fictitious company ABCD GRAFO, s.r.o., where specific accounting and tax situations typical for limited liability companies were analysed. The conclusion of the work formulates recommendations for the given fictitious company, which were derived from the analysed data.
