Abstract
Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení a grafické znázornění nákladů investora v průběhu životního cyklu výstavbového projektu. Pro určení nákladů v jednotlivých fázích životního cyklu jsem zpracovala podrobný harmonogram, díky kterému jsem určila náklady na projekt. Zpracovala jsem dvě varianty a porovnala jednotlivé průběhy nákladů. Závěrem je tedy grafické znázornění výše nákladů v průběhu životního cyklu výstavbového projektu mateřské školy.
The subject of my bachelor thesis is the evaluation and graphical representation of the owner ´s costs during the life cycle of the costs in different phases of the life cycle. I have elaborated a detailed schedule to determine the project costs. I worked out two variants and compared the individual costs. The conclusion is a graphical representation of the cost over the life cycle of the nursery project.
