Vliv fyzioterapie na diastázu břišní

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením diastázy m. rectus abdominis za pomocí dvou fyzioterapeutických postupů. Kapitola současný stav je věnována anatomii trupu, hlubokému stabilizačnímu systému, a dále samotné diagnóze, její definici, diagnostice a prevenci. Dále je poukázáno na vliv na jednotlivé struktury a jsou zde probrány léčebné postupy. Kapitola metodika popisuje výzkumný soubor práce, statistickou analýzu a shrnuje všechny vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy, které byly využity při práci s probandy ve speciální části bakalářské práce. Speciální část je tvořena deseti kazuistikami žen, které mají za sebou alespoň jeden porod. Cílem speciální části je porovnat efekt kinesiotapu a cvičební jednotky. Je tvořena anamnézou, závěrečným vstupním kineziologickým vyšetřením, jsou zde popsány cíle terapie, rehabilitační plán dlouhodobý i krátkodobý a závěr výstupního kineziologického vyšetření. Cílem speciální části je porovnat efekt kinesiotapu a cvičební jednotky. Větší účinnost se podařilo prokázat u cvičební jednotky, kde došlo k ovlivnění u 4 z 5 probandek.The bachelor thesis deals with the management of diastasis recti abdominis using two physiotherapeutic procedures. The chapter on the current state focuses on trunk anatomy, deep stabilization system, as well as diagnosis, its definition, diagnostic methods, and prevention. It also highlights the impact on individual structures and discusses treatment procedures. The methodology chapter describes the research sample, statistical analysis, and summarizes all examination and therapeutic procedures used in working with subjects in the special part of the bachelor thesis. The special part consists of ten case studies of women who have undergone at least one childbirth. The special part aims to compare the effect of kinesiotape and exercise units. It includes anamnesis, final entry kinesiological examination, therapy goals, long-term and short-term rehabilitation plans, and the conclusion of the exit kinesiological examination. The objective of the special part is to compare the effect of kinesiotape and exercise units. A greater effectiveness was demonstrated in the exercise units, where an influence was observed in 4 out of 5 subjects.
