DOSTAVBA BLOKU MEZI JIRÁSKOVOU A LIPANSKOU

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je dostavba bloku mezi ulicemi Jiráskova a Lipanská v Jablonci nad Nisou. Cílem je navrhnout zástavbu, která překlene výrazný terénní rozdíl mezi zmíněnými ulicemi a podpoří městský charakter lokality. Práce byla zhotovena na základě analýz a průběžného architektonického navrhování. Výsledkem je architektonická studie souboru bytových domů, která přirozeně propojuje centrum města s blízkým okolím.The subject of this diploma thesis is the completion of city block between the streets Jiráskova and Lipanská in Jabolec nad Nisou. The goal is to design a building development, that would bridge the notable elevation difference between the aforementioned streets and support the city character of the site. The thesis was devised based on the analysis and continuous architectonic designs. The result is an architectonic study of a complex of apartment buildings, that is naturally connecting the city centre with its surroundings.
