Abstract
Tato práce se zabývá vytvořením softwarové aplikace určené pro měření a analýzu variability srdečního rytmu v reálném čase. Data jsou získávána z měřícího EKG modulu, který se k počítači připojuje pomocí Bluetooth technologie. Aplikace umí s modulem navázat spojení, snímaná data analyzovat, ukládat do souborů a přehledně výsledky zobrazovat v grafickém uživatelském rozhraní. V programu jsou implementovány algoritmy ošetřující ztrátu signálu.
This work deals with the creation of a software application determined for the real time measurement and analysis of the heart rate variability. The data are acquired from the measuring ECG module, which is connected to the computer via Bluetooth. The application can establish connection with the module, analyze coming data, save them into files and show the results digestedly in the graphical user interface. There are implemented algorithms dealing with the loss of signal.
