Analýza připravenosti Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky na řešení mimořádné události dle typové činnosti složek integrovaného záchranného systému – STČ 08/IZS Dopravní nehoda

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu připravenosti Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky, konkrétně Územního odboru Kladno, na řešení mimořádné události dle typové činnosti složek integrovaného záchranného systému při společném zásahu STČ 08/IZS Dopravní nehoda. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice typové činnosti složek integrovaného záchranného systému při společném zásahu STČ 08/IZS Dopravní nehoda. Konkrétně se jedná o příjezd k místu dopravní nehody a ustavení vozidel a dále také úkoly a postup složek integrovaného záchranného systému při řešení dopravní nehody. V teoretické části je také popsána oblast integrovaného záchranného systému a jeho základní složka Hasičský záchranný sbor České republiky, včetně základní pojmů týkajících se této problematiky, legislativy, dokumentace a rozdělení základních úkolů a činností. Praktická část je zpracována formou výzkumu realizovaného dotazníkovým šetřením, cíleného na příslušníky Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky Územního odboru Kladno a rozhovorů s odborníky z řad Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky.. Výsledky bakalářské práce budou vyhodnoceny skrze SWOT analýzy na základě poznatků získaných dotazníkovým šetřením a z rozhovorů s odborníky. Výstupem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení připravenosti Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky Územního odboru Kladno na řešení mimořádné události dle typové činnosti složek integrovaného záchranného systému při společném zásahu STČ 08/IZS Dopravní nehoda a stanovení doporučení k jejímu zlepšeníThis bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, specifically of the Kladno Regional Office, preparedness for emergencies in accordance with the catalogue of type activities of the Integrated Rescue System STC 08/IRS Traffic accident. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part solves general problems with type activities of the Integrated Rescue System STC 08/IRC Traffic accident. Specifically, it concerns the arrival at the scene of the traffic accident and the position of the vehicles, as well as the tasks and procedure of the Integrated Rescue System agencies in solving the traffic accident. The theoretical part also describes the Integrated Rescue System and mainly its basic agencies Fire Rescue System of the Czech Republic, including basic concepts related to this problematic, legislation, documentation and the partition of basic tasks and operations. The practical part is processed in the form of research carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey, targeted at members of the Fire Rescue System of the Czech Republic Kladno Region Office. The results of the bachelor thesis will be evaluated on the basis of a questionnaire survey and interviews with experts. The result of the bachelor thesis is an evaluation of the preparedness of the Fire Rescue System of the Czech Republic Kladno Region Office to solve the emergencies in accordance with the catalogue of type activities of the Integrated Rescue System agencies STC 08/IRS Traffic accident and the determination of recommendations for its improvement.
