Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rovinné broušení titanových slitin. V první části jsou uvedeny vlastnosti slitiny Ti-6Al-4V, protože následující části práce jsou pro ni specifikovány. Hlavním cílem je stanovení parametrů a doporučení pro volbu brusného kotouče a řezných podmínek pro broušení této slitiny. V závěru práce je uveden konkrétní případ broušení součásti z Ti-6Al-4V a jsou zde popsána všechna podstatná specifika tohoto výrobního procesu.
This bachelor thesis focuses on surface grinding of titanium alloys. In the first part, the properties of Ti-6Al-4V alloy are given, as the following parts of the thesis are specified for it. The main target is establishing the parameters and giving recommendations for the choice of the grinding wheel and cutting conditions for grinding of this alloy. In the last part, specific case of grinding a part made from Ti-6Al-4V and the essential specifics of this operation are described.
