Šikana na pracovišti

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou šikany na pracovišti ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury a věnuje se jednotlivým druhům šikany na pracovišti a prevenci proti jejímu vzniku. Praktická část nejprve představuje vybranou společnost Chyronhego a následně popisuje současný přístup společnosti k problematice šikany na pracovišti. Na základě dvou strukturovaných rozhovorů s personalistkami a dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci společnosti jsou formulovány návrhy a opatření, které by měly pomoci zlepšit současný stav společnosti, a vést tak k větší spokojenosti zaměstnanců a atraktivitě zaměstnavatele.The Master thesis deals with the issue of bullying at the workplace in a selected company. The theoretical part is based on professional literature and deals with individual types of bullying at the workplace and prevention against its occurrence. The practical part first introduces the selected company Chyronhego and then describes the current approach of the company to the issue of bullying in the workplace. On the basis of two structured interviews and a questionnaire survey, proposals and measures are formulated that should help improve the current state of the company, and thus lead to greater employee satisfaction and employer attractiveness.
