Abstract
Čítanie Bratislavy, analýza mesta. Pochopenie kvalít sídliska Petržalka, mesta v meste pre 120 tisíc ľudí, ktoré zostalo v stave trvalého provizória. Mapovanie procesov generovaných na základe potrieb mesta. Projekt je reakciou na nedostavanú centrálnu os sídliska. Tri lokálne centrá doplňujú mestskú štruktúru a rámujú mesto na jeho okraji. Návrh, či už na úrovni urbanizmu alebo jednotlivých stavieb, je stratégiou, overením limitov. Definuje kompozíciu výstavby, plošné kapacity, rozmanitosť mierok a podobu prostredia.

Understanding the qualities of Petržalka Housing Estate - a city within a city for a hundred and twenty thousand inhabitants, which has remained in a state of a permanent temporality. Mapping the processes generated by the city needs. The project is a reaction to the uncompleted central axis of the estate. Three local centres complement the urban fabric and frame the city at its edge. The design is a strategy, both on the level of urban scale and on that of individual buildings. It defines the composition of the development, capacities, scale diversity, and the form of the environment.
