Rodinný dům

Abstract

Zadáním bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v dnes již nepoužívaném zatopeném lomu, který je vzdálen 3 kilometry od vesnice Lobendava. Tato vesnice se nachází na úplném severu České republiky. Samotný lom leží v krásné přírodě jen pár metrů od státních hranic s Německem. Poloha rodinného domu se nachází, vzhledem k orientaci ke světovým stranám a svažitosti terénu, na severním okraji lomu tak, aby se hlavní prostory otevřely směrem do atraktivního jihozápadu. Svažitost terénu umožnil vzniknutí terasovému domu a jeho členění do funkčních zón. Mou snahou návrhu bylo dosáhnout maximálního propojení interiéru s exteriérem a ?absolutní? transparentnost celého domu vzhledem k nádherné krajině, ve které se dům nachází. Hlavní kompoziční prvky návrhu jsou bílé desky, pro kontrast s krajinou, a sklo. Dimenze domu jsou tvořeny s ohledem na odlehlost pozemku a povaze jeho budoucích čtyř obyvatelů.

Assignment of my bachelor work is project of family house located in one flooded quarry 3 kilometers from village Lobendava. This village is located in the north of Czech Republic and the quarry itself is few meters from the boarders with Germany. Location of the family house is situated with respect to the four cardinal points and inclination of the terrain. The house is situated on the north part of the quarry so the main parts will be open to the attractive south west side. Incline of the terrain allowed the creation of the terraced house and its dividing into the functional zones. My attempt was to reach maximal interconnection of the interior with exterior and absolute transparency of the whole house with respect to the beautiful countryside where the house is located. Main composition elements of the project are white boards. They represent contrast with countryside. Another main element is a glass. Dimension of the house is made with consideration of estate remoteness and characters of its future four inhabitants.
