Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá teoretickými východisky a skutečnou praxí řízení lidí ve společnosti Chládek a Tintěra a.s. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, které souvisejí s řízením lidí v organizaci. V praktické části je zkoumán stávající stav řízení lidí ve společnosti Chládek a Tintěra a.s. s cílem navrhnout zlepšení v oblasti získávání nových zaměstnanců a udržení a motivace stávajících zaměstnanců. Diplomová práce je zpracována na základě odborné literatury a interních materiálů.
This diploma thesis deals with the theoretical background and actual practice of managing people in Chládek a Tintěra a.s. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the management of the people in the organization. The practical part examines the current state of management of people in Chládek a Tintěra a.s. and outlines suggestions to improve recruitment of new employees and retention and motivation of existing staff. The diploma thesis is prepared on the basis of professional literature and internal materials.
