Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o optimalizaci zásob a procesů souvisejících se zásobami ve vybrané společnosti zabývající se vstřikováním plastů. Cílem práce je navržení systému, který zajistí snížení nákladů spojených se zásobami v následujících obdobích. Tento cíl je naplněn skrze dílčí cíle, které zahrnují analýzu spotřeby materiálu za poslední rok, identifikaci nejrizikovějších zásob, analýzu současného systému zásobování a návrh komplexního systému, který bude v budoucnu eliminovat výskyt vysokého množství zásob a nákladů s nimi spojených. V teoretické části práce pojednává o základních aspektech logistiky, skladování a zásob. Dále teoretická část poskytuje znalosti o mo-derních metodikách, které mohou být při optimalizaci zásob využity. V úvodu praktické části je představena společnost ADIS Tachov. Poté je provedena analýza současného stavu zásob, kde jsou vyselektovány nejrizikovější zásoby společnosti. Na konci praktické části jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení procesu zásobování v daném podniku.This diploma thesis deals with the optimization of inventory and inventory processes in a selected plastic injection company. The aim of the thesis is to design a system that will reduce the cost of inventories in the following periods. This goal is met through milestones that include material consumption analysis over the past year, identifying the most risky stocks, analyzing the current supply system, and designing a comprehensive system that will in the future eliminate the occurrence of high inventory and associated costs. The theoretical part deals with basic aspects of logistics, storage and supplies. Further, the theoretical part provides the knowledge of modern methodologies that can be used in inventory optimization. At the beginning of the practical part is presented ADIS Tachov. An analysis of the current state of stocks is made, where the most risky stocks of the company are selected. At the end of the practical part, suggestions are made to improve the supply process.
