Problematika plochých střech z pohledu jejich životního cyklu

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce na téma "Problematika plochých střech z pohledu jejich životního cyklu" bylo popsat jednotlivé druhy plochých střech z hlediska jejich realizace a zásad při návrhu, materiálového řešení jednotlivých vrstev střešního pláště a dále jejich případné poruchy a způsob jejich následného odstraňování. V rámci praktické části této bakalářské práce jsou na řešený objekt postupně modelovány tři varianty plochých střech, následná kalkulace jejich investičních nákladů, stanovení nákladového ukazatele na jednotku plochy a vzájemné porovnání a vyhodnocení na základě několika kritérií.The subject of the bachelor thesis "The issue of flat roofs from the point of view of their life cycle" was to describe the different types of flat roofs in terms of their implementation and principles in the design, material solution of the individual layers of the roof cladding and their possible failures and the way of their subsequent removal. In the practical part of this bachelor thesis three variants of flat roofs were modeled on the solved object, followed by calculation of their investment costs, setting of cost indicator per unit area and mutual comparison and evaluation based on several criteria.
