Analýza zadluženosti obcí ve Středočeském kraji

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu zadluženosti vybraných obcí ve Středočeském kraji. První část teoreticky vymezuje obec jako jednotku územní samosprávy a vysvětluje pojmy související s hospodařením obce. Druhá část je věnována analýze obecních roz-počtů s důrazem na skladbu příjmů. Následně je provedena analýza vybraných ukazatelů a dle výsledků jsou obce vzájemně porovnány. Součástí práce je kvantifikace vzájemné korelační závislosti mezi zadlužeností obce a přítomností průmyslového podniku, který se v ní nachází.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of municipal debt in the central bohemian region. The first part of the thesis defines the municipality as a unit of territorial self-government and explains the concepts related to the economic results of the municipality. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of municipal budgets, especially to the composition of the income. Subsequently, an analysis of the selected indicators is performed and according to the results, the municipalities are compared to each other. Included in the thesis is also the determination of the dependence between the indebtedness of the municipality and the presence of the industrial enterprise within it.
