Rehabilitace po transfemorální amputaci v porovnání s exartikulací v kolenním kloubu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je strukturována do několika částí. Teoretická část poskytuje komplexní přehled aktuálního stavu a poskytuje informace o amputacích dolní končetiny, jejich prevence, indikace, chirurgické techniky a další. Dále popisuje protetické řešení pahýlu s bližším zaměřením na protézu pro transfemorální amputaci a pro exartikulaci v kolenním kloubu. Poslední kapitola teoretické části čtenáře provádí jednotlivými stupni fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s amputací, od předoperační péče až po vybavení pacienta protézou. Metodická část popisuje postupy použité pro zpracování speciální části bakalářské práce. Speciální část obsahuje příklad krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu pro pacienta po amputaci dolní končetiny. Následuje systematické vyšetření 9 probandů, z toho 4 po transfemorální amputaci, 4 po exartikulaci v kolenním kloubu a posledního probanda s oboustrannou amputací, s transfemorální amputaci na 1 noze a exartikulací v KK na druhé noze. Porovnání měřených vyšetření a hodnot je uvedeno v kapitole výsledky. Kapitola diskuze porovnává teoretické znalosti a informace v odborné literatuře se subjektivními zkušenostmi pacientů a zhodnocuje jejich aktuálnost. V závěru je shrnuta problematika celé práce a její výsledný přínos.

This thesis is structured into several parts. The theoretical part offers a complex overview of the current available information about amputations of the lower limb, their prevention, indications, surgical options and more. It also describes the prosthetic knowledge involved in making the prosthetic limb. Last theoretical chapter introduces the reader to all the phases involved in rehabilitation of a patient with this diagnosis. Methodical part describes the techniques and methods used in examining the patients involved in this thesis. Practical part introduces a model short-term and long term rehabilitation plan for patients with lower extremity amputation. Next is a thorough examination of 9 patients, 4 with thransfemoral amputation, 4 with exarticulation in the knee joint and one patient with bilateral amputation. The comparison of the results will be presented in the chapter Results. Discussion will compare theoretical knowledge with the experiences of the patients and evaluate their accuracy. The chapter Conclusion will offer a review of the topic discussed and offer the contributions made in this thesis.
