Začleňování kontejnerů do výbavy Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky jako cesta k úsporám a vyšší efektivitě zásahů.

Abstract

Práce mapuje historii výroby hasičské techniky z pohledu dvou největších tuzemských výrobců, které mají ve svém výrobním programu i výrobu požárních kontejnerů. Dále je zde popsán kompletní proces výroby požárního kontejneru včetně jeho testování v Technickém ústavu požární ochrany. Jedna z kapitol je věnovaná vysvětlení pojmů týkajících se kontejnerových systémů. Je zde rozebrána ekonomická stránka a porovnání finanční náročnosti požárního kontejneru s účelovým automobilem, který má nástavbu stejného typu jako je kontejner. Pro názornost bude porovnáván protiplynový kontejner s protiplynovým vozidlem. V práci jsou uvedeny statistiky o četnosti a umístění jednotlivých kontejnerů a požárních kontejnerových nosičů a jejich umístění na krajích, územních odborech a stanicích HZS ČR, včetně Záchranných útvarů HZS ČR a Školních a výcvikových zařízení HZS ČRMy bachelor?s thesis maps the history of manufacturing fire-fighting machinery regarding the two largest inland manufacturers whose production programmes also comprise the manufacture of fire containers. In addition, my thesis describes in detail a complete process of manufacturing a fire container, including its testing in the Czech Technical Institute of Fire Protection. One of the chapters explains the terms relating to fire-container systems. It specifies the economic aspects and compares financial requirements on acquiring a fire container, comparing it to a special-purpose vehicle having a superstructure of the same type as a container. For illustrative nature, the thesis compares a gas-fighting container to a gas-fighting engine, incorporating statistics on the frequency and placement of particular containers and fire-container carriers. It also gives some details on their locations in the regions of the Czech Republic, their territorial departments and Stations of the Fire Brigades or the Czech Republic, including the Rescue Services of the Czech Fire Brigades and Training & Education Facilities of the Czech Fire Brigades.
