Automatizované svařování hliníkových konstrukcí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá technologií svařování tvářených a odlévaných částí z hliníkových slitin metodou MIG. Teoretická část popisuje vývoj, současné trendy svařovacích zdrojů MIG vhodné ke svařování hliníkových slitin a procesních parametrů. Věnuje se i obecné problematice svařitelnosti, slévatelnosti a tvářitelnosti těchto slitin. Experimentální část je zaměřena na svařování hliníkových konstrukcí tvořených odlitky z AlSi7Mg0,6 a tvářených dílů z AlMgSi0,5 a navazuje na diplomovou práci na téma Svařování přenosných konstrukcí z hliníkových slitin od Ing. Langera z roku 2019. Jeho práci rozšiřuje o vlivy technologické mezery a přenosů kovů na geometrii svarového spoje. Porovnává výsledky experimentální činnosti z obou prací.The bachelor's thesis deals with the technology of welding of formed and cast parts from aluminum alloys by the MIG method. The theoretical part describes the development and current trends of MIG welding sources suitable for welding aluminum alloys and process parameters. It also deals with general issues of weldability, castability and formability of these alloys. The experimental part is focused on welding of aluminum structures consisting of castings from AlSi7Mg0,6 and forged parts from AlMgSi0,5 and follows up on the diploma thesis on the topic of Welding of portable structures from aluminum alloys by Ing. Langer from 2019. This thesis expands his work with the effects of the technological gap and metal transfers on the geometry of the welded joint. It compares the results of experimental activities of both works.
