Abstract

Diplomová práce reaguje na myšlenky Ostravské univerzity, která má představu o vybudování nového univerzitního areálu, konkrétně Fakulty sportu a Fakulty umění. Území, které by mělo pro tyto účely sloužit, se nachází v centru města, v nezastavěné oblasti za divadlem A. Dvořáka. Navrhovaná Fakulta umění, v kombinaci s životem mladých lidí, by měla fungovat jako oživující prvek současné městské atmosféry, který dotváří obraz města. Místo, které bude kloubit dohromady kulturní, společenskou a naučnou aktivitu města Ostravy.The diploma thesis reacts to the ideas of the University of Ostrava, which has the idea of building a new university campus, namely the Faculty of Sports and the Faculty of Arts. The territory to be used for this purpose is located in the center of the city, in an unbuilt area behind the A. Dvořák Theater. The designed Faculty of Arts, combined with the life of young people, should act as a reviving element of the contemporary urban atmosphere that completes the image of the city. A place that will combine the cultural, social and educational activity of the city of Ostrava.
