Scintigrafie ledvin

Abstract

Nukleární nefrologie představuje jednu oblast ze širokého spektra scintigrafických vyšetření, které poskytuje Klinika nukleární medicíny a endokrinologie Fakultní nemocnice vMotole. Bakalářská práce se budezabývat scintigrafickými metodami vyšetření ledvin. Konkrétně se jedná o scintigrafii dynamickou a statickouajejich případné modifikace. Práce jerozdělena načást teoretickou a speciální. Vteoretické části bakalářské práce se pojednává oanatomii ledvin, fyziologii a patofyziologii. Část je věnovánaindikacím kjednotlivým vyšetřením a kontraindikacím. Teoretická část bude také zahrnovat obecné poznatky a rozdíly mezi statickou a dynamickou scintigrafií, použití radiofarmak, přípravy pacientů a bude popsán samotný průběh výkonů. Speciální část práce je koncipována na základěprovedeníkonkrétních nefrologických vyšetření na klinice nukleární medicíny. Vybrané studie slouží pro demonstraciprovedení dynamické a statické scintigrafie ledvin.

Nuclear nephrology represents one area from the vast spectrum of scintigraphy examinations, which isprovided by the Department of Nuclear Medicine and Endocrinology at the University Hospital in Motol. This bachelor thesis will deal with scintigraphic methods of the examinations of kidneys. Concretely, it is about dynamic and static scintigraphy and their potential modifications. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and an applied one. The theoretical part will deal with the anatomy of the kidneys, their physiology and pathophysiology. A part is dedicated to indications to individual exami nations and contraindications. The theoretical part will also include general knowledge and differences between static and dynamic scintigraphy, the use of radiopharmaceuticals and development of the examinations will be described. The applied part of this thesis was conceived on the basis of the execution of concrete nephrologic examinations at the Department of Nuclear Medicine. The chosen studies serve to demonstrate the performance of dynamic and static scintigraphy of the kidneys.
