Sepse v intenzivní medicíně

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sepse v intenzivní medicíně. Jejím cílem je seznámit odbornou i laickou veřejnost s možnými následky sepse, která může být komplikovaná multiorgánovým selháním, které je právě v této bakalářské práci popisováno. Příkladem pro práci je napadení organismu bakterií Capnocytophaga canimorsus. Teoretická část se věnuje sepsi jako takové, popisuje její průběh, diagnostiku, charakteristiku a klinický obraz. Dále je zaměřena na popis intenzivní péče, která je pro chronickou léčbu sepse nezbytná. V praktické části je rozebrána kazuistika, která na sepsi a intenzivní péči související s otravou celého organismu poukazuje. Data pro kazuistiku jsou vybrána z uzavřené dokumentace pacienta hospitalizovaného ve Všeobecné fakultní nemocnici v Praze.

The bachelor thesis describes matters of sepsis in an intensive medicine. The intention of this thesis is to acquaint an expert and also a laic community with some potential consequences of sepsis which can be complicated by a multiple organ dysfunction syndrome exactly described in this thesis. As a pattern for the thesis is an assault on a human organism by a bacteria called Capnocytophaga canimorsus. The theoretic part deals with sepsis in general and describes its process, diagnostics, characteristic and clinical signs. Moreover it focuses on the description of an intensive care, necessary for a chronic treatment of sepsis. In the practical part, there is the analysed case history that points at sepsis and the intensive care with regard to poisoning of the whole human organism. The data for this thesis are collected from an enclosed documentation of a patient hospitalized in the General University Hospital in Prague.
