Metoda spirální stabilizace bederní páteře

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je ovlivnění postury u pacientky s radikulární symptomatologií v bederní oblasti, způsobenou výhřezem meziobratlové ploténky nad operovaným segmentem. Výhřezy jsou u pacientky zapříčiněny vrozenou vadou obratlů. Posílením hlubokého stabilizačního systému metodou SPS v kombinaci s korigovanou chůzí, se snažíme ovlivnit herniaci disku. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie a kineziologie bederní páteře, poruchy svalového tonu, patogeneze výhřezu a způsob léčby herniace disku jak konzervativní tak operační. V neposlední řadě je popsán FB syndrom a samotná metoda SPS. Metodologie práce zahrnuje vyšetřovací metody, které byly použity ve vstupním a výstupním kineziologickém rozboru a zahrnuje také popis terapeutických postupů metody SM systém a chůze. Speciální část obsahuje podrobnou anamnézu pacientky, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán a terapeutické jednotky. Výsledný kineziologický rozbor a efekt terapie je uveden v kapitole Výsledky. Dále v kapitole Diskuze jsou porovnány výsledky zvolené terapie u pacientky s poznatky z literárních zdrojů. V závěru se zaměřujeme na celkové zhodnocení zvolené terapeutické metody a splnění cílů práce.

The subject-matter of this bachelor´s thesis are effects on the posture of a patient suffering from lumbar radicular symptomatology due to the herniation of the intervertebral disc above an operated segment. The herniation is caused in the patient by her inborn vertebrae defect. We try to influence the disc herniation the by the combination of the SPS stabilisation system strengthening method and walking correction. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and kinesiology of the lumbar spine, muscle tone disorder, herniation pathogenesis and disc herniation treatment methods including both conservative and invasive ones. Last but not least, the thesis describes the FB syndrome and the SPS method itself. The thesis methodology includes the examination method used in the initial and final kinesiological analysis and it also includes a description of therapeutic procedures of the SM system methods and walking. A special part of the thesis includes a detailed anamnesis of the patient, initial kinesiological analysis, short- and long-term rehabilitation plan and therapeutic units. The final kinesiogical analysis and therapy effects is given in the section Results. The section Discussion compares effects of the chosen therapy on the patient and findings from literature. The conclusion concentrates on the general evaluation of the chosen therapeutic method and achievement of the thesis goals.
