Využití kinesiotapingu v terapii u pacientů s gonartrózou

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá možností využití kinesiotapingu v terapii u pacientů trpících gonartrózou. Cílem práce je zmírnění bolesti a zlepšení kvality života, a to absolvováním pohybové terapie za současné aplikace kinesiotapu. Teoretická část se věnuje základním informacím o anatomii, kinematice a kinetice kolenního kloubu. Dále jsou zde shrnuty poznatky o osteoartróze, tedy její epidemiologii, rizikových faktorech, patogenezi, klasifikaci, klinických příznacích, diagnostice, diferenciální diagnostice a stručné historii. Následně jsou zmíněny principy a techniky kinesiotapingu. V metodologické části jsou popsány vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy, které jsou následně aplikovány ve speciální části. Součástí speciální části jsou vstupní a výstupní kineziologické rozbory probandů. Ti byli rozděleni na dvě skupiny. Skupina A absolvovala terapii složenou z aktivního cvičení zaměřeného na posílení svalů dolních končetin. Skupina B prováděla v rámci terapie stejnou cvičební jednotku, ovšem za současné aplikace kinesiotapu. V závěru práce jsou porovnány výsledné hodnoty obou skupin, ze kterých vyplývá, že skupina B dosáhla většího snížení bolesti a obtíží v rámci běžných denních aktivit než skupina A. V diskuzi jsou výsledky rozebrány a porovnány s dalšími studiemi.The bachelor thesis is focused on the use of kinesiotaping in the therapy of patients with gonarthrosis. The aim of the thesis is to relieve pain and improve the quality of life by completing exercise therapy with parallel application of kinesiotape. The theoretical part is focused on basic information about anatomy, kinematics and kinetics of the knee joint. It also summarizes knowledge about osteoarthritis, including epidemiology, risk factors, pathogenesis, classification, clinical symptoms, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and brief history. Afterwards, the principles and techniques of kinesiotaping are mentioned. In the methodological part, there are described the examination and therapeutic methods, which are then applied in the special part. The special part includes input and output kinesiological assessments of probands. They were divided into two groups. Group A took part in a therapy consisting of active exercise aimed at strengthening the muscles of the lower limbs. Group B underwent the same therapy, but with the addition of kinesiotape. In the conclusion of the thesis, the results of the two groups are compared, showing that group B achieved a greater reduction in pain and difficulties in regular daily activities than group A. The results are analysed and compared with other studies in the discussion.
