Návrh rekonstrukce historické budovy ve Varnsdorfu

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vypracování stavebně-technického průzkumu vybrané historické budovy ve Varnsdorfu včetně návrhu možných sanačních opatření vybraných poruch. Součástí práce je aktualizace výkresové dokumentace na základě historického projektu a doměření na místě, převedení výkresové dokumentace do digitalizované podoby, zakreslení stávajícího stavu včetně zjištěných vad a poruch a schématické zakreslení navrhovaných sanačních opatření a stavebních úprav. Na základě stavebně-technického průzkumu, podrobného laboratorního průzkumu a statického posouzení vybraných konstrukcí byly popsány vady a poruchy objektu a byla provedena analýza možných příčin vybraných poruch. V závěru práce byly mezi sebou porovnány a zhodnoceny možné sanační metody a na základě zjištěných poznatků vybrány ty nejvhodnější pro daný objekt. Vybrané sanační metody byly schematicky zakresleny a byl popsán postup jejich provádění.

This bachelor thesis deals with a structural-technical survey of a historical building in Vansdorf including design of possible remediation methods for selected damages or failures. An updating of drawing documentation based on a historical project and on-site measurement, transferring of the drawing documentation to the digitized form, drawing of the current state including defects and failures and schematic drawing documentation of designed remediation methods and building repairs create a significant part of this thesis. Defects and failures were described based on the structural-technical survey, detailed laboratory research and static check and an analysis of possible causes of selected failures was performed. Finally, possible remediation methods were mutually compared and evaluated, and the most suitable ones for this object were chosen based on all the findings. The selected remediation methods were schematically drawn, and their technological processes was described.
