Softwarové systémy pro hodnocení EKG

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce bylo vytvořit přehled existujících softwarů pro oblast neinvazivní kardiologie, z nich vybrat v České republice nejčastěji používané kardiologické softwary, analyzovat je a na základě výsledku hodnocení stanovit doporučení pro uživatele softwarů. Teoretická část diplomové práce byla věnována postupu zvolení metod hodnocení a jejich popisu. Na základě rozboru odborných studií byla pro hodnocení vybraných softwarů vybrána metoda multikriteriálního hodnocení TOPSIS. V diplomové práci bylo porovnáváno pět v České republice nejčastěji využívaných komerčně dostupných kardiologických softwarů. Vybrané softwary byly popsány pomocí deskriptivních metod a jejich možnosti byly zhodnoceny na základě komparativní, faktoriální a SWOT analýzy. Ekonomická náročnost softwarů byla hodnocena metodou nákladové efektivity.The aim of the diploma thesis was to create an overview of existing noninvasive cardiology software, select the most frequently used cardiology software in the Czech Republic, analyze them and make recommendations for software users based on the results of the evaluation. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis was devoted to the process of selecting and describing the used evaluation methods. Based on analysis of the expert studies, the TOPSIS multi-criteria evaluation method was selected for evaluation of the selected software. Five of the most common and commercially available software used in cardiology in the Czech republic were compared in the diploma thesis. Selected software was described using descriptive methods and their capabilities were evaluated on the basis of comparative, factorial and SWOT analysis. The software cost effectiveness was evaluated as well.
