Abstract

Předmětem práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v Hlubočepích, Praha 5, mezi Hlubočepskou a Silvenckou ulicí. Hlavním specifikem a pozitivem parcely je kombinace plošného terénu a pěkným severním pohledem na skály, a severojižní polohu parcely. Z těchto základů vychází koncepce domu, který se snaží využít pěkný pohled na skály z ložnice , plochu terénu pro zahradu, odpočinek. Dům svou hmotou využívá maximálně přirozené osvětlení , aby využívat slunečnou solární energie pomoci fotovoltaiky a také solárních panelu, zároveň odděluje stávající stěnou od přilehlé silnice, což vytváří pocitově oddělenou hospodářskou část zahrady. Hmota domu je umístěna v severní části parcely, tvar vychází z rozdělení na jednotlivé funkce - část rodičů, dětí, denní část i přízemí s garáží pro 2 auta. Dům má pravoúhlý tvar směrem na západní i severní stranu. Na severní části parcely je vstup i vjezd přes stávající stěnu.

The subject of the thesis is the design of a family house for a family of four in Hlubočepy, Prague 5, between Hlubočepská and Silvenka streets. The main specifics and positivity of the plot is a combination of surface terrain and a nice northern view of the rocks, and the north-south position of the plot. From these foundations, the concept of the house is trying to use a nice view of the rocks from the bedroom, the terrain area for the garden, and the rest. With its mass, the house uses the most natural lighting to use the solar solar energy through photovoltaics as well as solar panels, while separating the existing wall from the adjacent road, creating a sensationally separate economic part of the garden. The mass of the house is located in the northern part of the parcel, the shape is based on the division into individual functions - part of parents, children, day part and ground floor with garage for 2 cars. The house has a rectangular shape to the west and north. On the northern part of the parcel is the entrance and entrance through the existing wall.
