Rodinný dům

Abstract

Zadáním bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout rodinný dům na svažitém lukrativním pozemku v části Prahy 6-Dejvice, konkrétně na Hanspaulce. Návrh domu vychází z charakteru pozemku a jeho možností. Reaguje také na orientaci, výhled a zastavěnou část okolí. Svah pozemku tvoří jedno podlaží, z komunikace je tudíž napojen na první podzemní podlaží, ale vstup na zahradu je bezbariérově přístupný z prvního podzemního podlaží. Svým tvarem je uzavřen od okolního ruchu a otevírá se do nejcennější části parcely, velké zahrady. Z vnitřku budovy je umožněn jedinečný výhled na Prahu, podpořen je také z prostoru terasy ve druhém nadzemním podlaží. Hmota těmito reakcemi na okolí tvoří dvě dlouhé hmoty spojené hmotou kratší, a tím vytváří tvar U. Dům nabízí nadstandartní možnosti využití jako je např. sauna, posilovna, whirpool. Vytvořena je také nová vodní plocha se zahradním altánem.The task of this bachelor thesis is to design the family house on lucrative land in one part of Prague 6, concentrely Hanspaulka. The design of the house is conected with character of the land and its posibilities. The house react on orientation, view and the part of the land which is fill up with buildings. The slope of the land is made by one floor, it is conected from the road on the first floor but the entrance on garden has disabled asses from the first floor. The shame of the building is closed to ists neighbours and the sounds from the outside. It opens to the most precious part of parcel - big garden. From inside of the building there is the incredible view to Prague. Thanks of these reactions the material mades U shape. The house offeres lextra posibilities of use as sauna, fitness, whirpool. The wather area with garden altan is made there too.
