Polyfunkční objekt Bubeneč

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh polyfunkčního objektu v návaznosti na budovu historické čistírny odpadních vod v pražské čtvrti Bubeneč. Projekt navazuje na urbanistickou studii zpracovanou v rámci předdiplomního ateliéru a svojí náplní rozvíjí industriální charakter území směrem k aktuálním technologickým a společenským potřebám.

Navrhovaná budova je moderním protipólem historického objektu čistírny a uzavírá nově definované veřejné prostranství - náměstí. Do tohoto prostoru je orientována tzv. komunitní fasáda, která působí jako vertikální pokračování veřejného prostoru. Naopak jižní fasáda směřující k železniční trati plní funkci akustické bariéry.

Součástí diplomové práce je urbanistické řešení lokality, architektonická studie, půdorys a řez ve stupni dokumentace pro povolení stavby, detailní řez fasádou, koncepce interiérového řešení, koncepce technologického řešení objektu a základní statické výpočty.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a multifunctional building in relation to the historic wastewater treatment plant located in the Bubeneč district of Prague. The project builds upon the urban study developed within the pre-diploma studio and, through its program, further develops the industrial character of the area in response to contemporary technological and societal needs.

The proposed building serves as a modern counterpart to the historical treatment plant and defines the edge of a newly established public square. Facing this space is the so-called community façade, conceived as a vertical extension of the public realm. In contrast, the southern façade, oriented towards the adjacent railway line, functions as an acoustic barrier.

The thesis includes an urban design proposal for the site, an architectural study, floor plans and sections at the level of documentation for building permit, a detailed section of the façade, a conceptual interior design, a technological concept for the building, and basic structural calculations.
