Abstract

Zadaným tématem bakalářské práce bylo zpracování architektonické studie rodinného domu pro manželský pár s dvěma dětmi. Součástí zadání bylo též vyhotovení vybraných částí z dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Pozemek pro výstavbu RD se nachází ve městě Rokytnice nad Jizerou v lokalitě se zástavbou rodinných domů městského charakteru. Hlavním specifikem a pozitivem parcely je výhled na Krkonoše, dále pak také jižní orientace parcely. Jedním motivem návrhu bylo vytvoření jednoduché hmoty vzhledem k okolní zástavbě a její natočení pro získání dostatečného oslunění a proslunění. Bylo také důležité udržet plochu pro zahradu za domem, aby se vytvořila pohodlná osobní rekreační oblast. Z těchto základů vychází koncepce domu. Hmota domu je umístěna v jižní části zahrady a vychází z rozdělení na jednotlivé funkce pomoci proskleného pruhu, který vytvoří koridor z veřejné části do osobní zahrady. Dům je výrazně otevřeny směrem k jihovýchodu.The theme of my bachelor work is the elaboration of an architectural study family house for married couple with two children. Part of the assignment is elaboration of selected parts from the documentation for building construction. The lay-out of this family house set in the town Rokytnice nad Jizerou in the area with the development of family houses of an urban character. The main specifics and positivity of the plot is the view of the Giant Mountains, as well as the southern orientation of the plot. One motive of the design was the creation of a simple mass relative to the surrounding area and its rotation to obtain sufficient sunlight and sunshine. It was also important to keep the garden area behind the house to create a comfortable personal recreation area. From these foundations, the house concept is based. The mass of the house is located in the southern part of the garden and is based on the division into individual functions by means of a glass lane, which creates a corridor from the public part to the personal garden. The house is open to the southeast.
