Obnovitelné zdroje energie a územní plánování

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá hledáním souvislostí mezi naplňováním cílů a úkolů územního plánování a využitím obnovitelných zdrojů energie v rámci udržitelného rozvoje.Práce provádí rozsáhlou teoretickou rešerši územního plánování a urbanismu na úrovni interdisciplinárního vědeckého oboru a na úrovni správního nástroje, který umožňuje vyjadřovat společenské a ekologické záměry společnosti v daném prostoru. Teoretická rešerše současně definuje pojem „obnovitelný zdroj energie“ a provádí podrobnou analýzu vybraných obnovitelných zdrojů energie. Teoretická rešerše taktéž popisuje již zrealizované projekty některých energeticky soběstačných obcí v Evropě a na území České republiky.Praktická část bakalářské práce se snaží porovnat a propojit požadavky vyplývající z cílů a úkolů územního plánování s technickými požadavky na umisťování staveb pro výrobu elektrické energie z obnovitelných zdrojů. Porovnávání a vytváření souvislostí je taktéž provedeno na významných prvcích urbanistické kompozice. Veškeré zjištěné poznatky práce dále aplikuje při studii dvou obcí ve Středočeském kraji, které byly dle předem stanovených kritérií vybrány a jsou více či méně vhodné pro rozvoj z hlediska energetické soběstačnosti obcí.The bachelor thesis seeks the links between the fulfilment of the goals and objectives of spatial planning and the use of renewable energy sources in the framework of sustainable development. The thesis carries out an extensive theoretical research of spatial planning and urban planning at the level of an interdisciplinary scientific field and at the level of an administrative tool that allows to express the social and environmental intentions of a specific society. At the same time, the theoretical research defines the term ‘renewable energy source‘ and carries out a detailed analysis of selected renewable energy sources. The theoretical research also describes already implemented projects of energy self-sufficient municipalities in Europe and the Czech Republic. The practical part of the bachelor thesis compares and links the requirements resulting from the goals and objectives of spatial planning with the technical requirements for the placement of buildings to produce electricity from renewable energy sources. The comparison and making of connections are also done on significant elements of the urban composition. All the findings of the thesis are further applied in the study of two municipalities in the Central Bohemia Region, which were selected according to predetermined criteria and are suitable for the development of energy self-sufficiency of the municipality.
