Vyšetřovací metody v oblasti nohou

Abstract

Práce přináší ucelený přehled vyšetřovacích metod v oblasti nohy s popsanou anatomií, tvarem a funkcí nohy. Vyšetřovací metody jsou rozděleny do tří částí: anamnéza, kineziologický rozbor a přístrojová vyšetření. Funkci nohy hodnotíme z hlediska statického a dynamického zatížení. V další části práce jsou popsány speciální ortopedické stélky Fomthotics a je zhodnocen jejich význam. V poslední části je zařazena problematika vyšetřování nohou u sportovců s popisem nejčastějších patologických stavů.The thesis gives overview of methods of examination of foot. Anatomy, shape and function of the foot are described. The part of the thesis concerned with methods of examination is divided into three sections i.e. history, kinesiological analysis and instrumental examination. The function of the foot is evaluated from the static and dynamic loading point of view. Another part of the thesis is concerned with description and evaluation of a special foot orthotics. Problems of foot examination in cases of sportsmen with description of the most common pathological states are mentioned in the last part.
