Řízení cementové mlýnice

Abstract

Práce se zabývá komplexním návrhem modernizace řídících komponent experimentální cementové mlýnice. V úvodní části jsou shrnuty hlavní důvody rekonstrukce a je podrobně popsána náhrada řídicího systému. V další části práce je navržen nový řídicí systém experimentální linky včetně elektro projektu a příslušných zapojení. Poslední část práce je zaměřena na jednotlivé interní vazby v rámci systému včetně vazebných blokací a dalších spojení v programu PCS 7, který je využit jakožto vývojové prostředí s doplněním o vizualizační WinCC SCADA systém.The thesis deals with the complex reconstruction of the experimental cement mill circuit. In the introduction part, the main reasons of the reconstruction are summarized and the possible control system replacement is detailed described. In the next part of the thesis, a new control system including an electrical project is proposed. The last part of the work is focused on the description of the basic system binding including interlocks and other connections in PCS 7 software, which is used as an integrated development environment in addition to WinCC SCADA system.
