Intranet jako komunikační technologie, jeho dopad na chování a komunikaci pracovníků ve firmě a návrh jeho dalšího využití

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá intranetem a jeho dopadem na chování zaměstnanců v organizaci. V teoretické části čtenáře práce seznamuje nejprve s problematikou ICT. Jsou zde představeny virtuální týmy a organizace, user experience, přístup BYOD , ICT které firmy využívají a především intranetem. V následné praktické části je úkolem zjistit za pomoci kvantitativního šetření a pozorování, jaký je aktuální stav v konkrétní společnosti, jakým způsobem ovlivňuje chování a postoj pracovníků a míru jeho využití. Výsledky šetření jsou prezentovány pomocí grafů s komentářem a jsou navrhnuta určitá řešení pro danou společnost.This thesis deals with the Intranet and its impact on behaviour of employees in the organisation. In the theoretical part, the thesis introduces the ICT topis. In describes virtual teams and organizations, user experience and BYOD approach, further also ICT udes by firms and the Intranet. In the next practical part, the main aim is with the help of quantitative research and observationto find out the real state how the Intranet influences behaviour and standpoints of employees and the level of its usage. Conclusions of research are presented graphically with a comment. Based on them, there are specific proposals for the chosen company.
