Rodinný dům Hostivař

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v Praze Hostivaři. Pozemek situován na území bývalého zahradnictví byl rozparcelován a využit pro novou zástavbu, která navazuje na stávající zástavbu bytových domů a rodinných domů. Navrhovaný dům je součástí vytvořené řadové zástavby. Území je lemováno hlukovou zdí železnice. Dům je koncipován pro rodinu se čtyřmi dětmi tak, aby nabízel všem svým obyvatelům prostor k odpočinku i zábavě. Tvar vychází z limitujícího okolí - sousední dům, uliční čára, daná šířka objektu, převýšení pozemku vůči komunikaci o 3 metry, orientaci na severní stranu, návaznost na přilehlý park a hlukovou zedˇ železnice. Důležitým faktorem je také práce se zelení a návaznost domu na zahradu.The subject of this bachelor thesis is a project of a family house in Prague - Hostivař. The plot situated in the area of old gardening centre was divided and used for new housing development which eigbours the current build up aera. Designed house is a part of created terraced houses. The aera is surrounded by noise barrier of the railway. The house is designed for a family with four children so it can offer space for both relaxation and entertainment for all its occupants. The shape of the building is based on limiting surroundings - neighboring house, line of the street, given width of the building, the 3 meter height difference between the plot and the stree, orientation to the north, relation to the park and the noise barrier of the railway. Working with the greenery and relation of the house and the garden was also one of the important factors.
