Průlomová pyrotechnika v praxi u zásahových jednotek Policie ČR

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu použití průlomové pyrotechniky v praxi u zásahových jednotek Policie České republiky. Teoretická část práce se bude věnovat popisu pojmu průlomový pyrotechnický prostředek a pyrotechnice u Policie České republiky. Dále bude zkoumáno celkové rozdělení pyrotechniky a organizace a vybavení zásahových jednotek, včetně podmínek k přijetí a specializace těchto jednotek. V praktické části bakalářské práce budou prezentovány způsoby použití průlomového pyrotechnického prostředku v praxi a příklady zásahů v České republice i zahraničí. Na závěr bude navržena metodika postupu práce s průlomovým pyrotechnickým prostředkem za účelem zdokonalení odbornosti pyrotechniků a budou formulovány požadavky a opatření pro výcvik pro tuto specifickou činnost. V bakalářské práci budou použity metody komparace a deskripce k prozkoumání použití průlomové pyrotechniky v praxi u zásahových jednotek Policie České republiky. Výsledky této práce by mohly být přínosem pro další výzkum v této oblasti a mohly by pomoci zlepšit efektivitu a bezpečnost práce zásahových jednotek.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on analyzing the practical use of breakthrough pyrotechnics by intervention units of the Czech Republic Police. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the concept of breakthrough pyrotechnic tools and their utilization within the Czech Republic Police. Furthermore, it explores the overall distribution of pyrotechnics, the organization and equipment of intervention units, including the admission requirements and specialization of these units. In the practical part of the bachelor's thesis, various methods of using breakthrough pyrotechnics in real-life situations are presented, along with examples of interventions both within the Czech Republic and abroad. Lastly, a methodology for handling breakthrough pyrotechnic tools is proposed to enhance the expertise of pyrotechnicians, specific requirements and measures for training in this specialized field are formulated. The bachelor's thesis utilizes comparative and descriptive methods to explore the practical use of breakthrough pyrotechnics by intervention units of the Czech Republic Police. The results of this work could contribute to further research in this area and potentially improve the efficiency and safety of intervention units.
