Analýza a modelace evakuace ZŠ a MŠ Brozany nad Ohří

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza a modelace evakuace ZŠ a MŠ Brozany nad Ohří. Jejím cílem bylo provedení rozboru stávajících plánů a opatření při provádění evakuace s případným návrhem zefektivnění postupů dle provedených analýz, nácviku evakuace a modelací pro zabezpečení ochrany všech žáků a zaměstnanců výše jmenované školy. V teoretické části diplomové práce byly prioritně popsány základní pojmy týkající se evakuace, dělení evakuace a pohled na evakuaci v kontextu právních předpisů České republiky. Dále zaměření na její provádění v objektech školských zařízení a v poslední kapitole teoretické části je uveden popis a charakteristika ZŠ a MŠ Brozany nad Ohří. Praktická část byla zaměřena na analýzu rizik, ze které byla stanovena rizika možného ohrožení školy. Na základě vyhodnocení rizik bylo provedeno cvičení evakuace ZŠ a MŠ Brozany nad Ohří za účasti JSDH Brozany nad Ohří, JSDH Roudnice nad Labem, celého pedagogického sboru i nepedagogických pracovníků na téma vzniku možného ohrožení vyplývající z analýzy rizik. Následně byla pomocí softwarového nástroje Pathfinder provedena simulace evakuace na stejné ohrožení. V závěru práce byly porovnány výsledky cvičení a simulace na základě, kterých byla navrhnuta opatření ke zlepšení efektivity evakuace a aktualizace evakuačního plánu, která bude poskytnuta ZŠ a MŠ Brozany nad Ohří.The subject of the diploma thesis is the analysis and modeling of the evacuation of kindergarten and primary school in Brozany nad Ohří. Its goal was to carry out an analysis of the existing plans and measures during the evacuation with a possible proposal to streamline the procedures according to the analysis carried out, evacuation exercises and modeling to ensure the protection of all pupils and employees of the above-named school. In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis, the basic concepts related to evacuation, the division of evacuation, and the view of evacuation within the context of the legal regulations of the Czech Republic were described as apriority. In the last chapter of the theoretical part, a description and characteristics of Brozany nad Ohří primary school and kindergarten were given. The practical part focused on risk analysis, from which the risks of a possible threat to the school were determined. Based on the risk assessment, an evacuation exercise on the topic of possible threats resulting from the risk analysis was carried out at the Brozany nad Ohří primary school and kindergarten with the participation of the Brozany nad Ohří JSDHO, the Roudnice nad Labem JSDHO, the entire teaching staff and non-pedagogical staff. Subsequently, an evacuation simulation for the same threat was carried out using the Pathfinder software tool. At the end of the thesis, the results of the exercise and simulation were compared, on the basis of which possible measures were proposed to improve the efficiency of the evacuation and the update of the evacuation plan, which will be provided to the Brozany nad Ohří primary school and kindergarten.
