Vliv okolního prostředí na tlustovrstvé struktury

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá degradačními procesy a vlivu okolí na tlustovrstvou strukturu. První část pojednává o vlastnostech, elektrických parametrech, složení a tvorbě tlustých vrstev. Následující část se zaměřuje na degradační působení provozního prostředí a jeho členění. V této kapitole jsou také popsány činitele provozního prostředí a jeho klasifikace. Třetí část práce poukazuje na různé znehodnocující děje, jejich mechanizmus a dopad na materiál. Poslední část je zaměřena na praktickou část, kdy byly naneseny příslušné vrstvy a posléze byly testovány v klimatických komorách.This thesis deals with degradation processes and the influence of surroundings on the thick-film structure. First part of thesis deals with attributes, electrical parameters, structure and creation of thick-films. Second part focuses on degradative actions of operating environment and its divisions. In this chapter are also described factors and classifications of operating environment. Third part of thesis points out different devaluing happenings and mechanics and impact on materials of these devaluing happenings. Last chapter deals with practical part of this thesis in which were applied appropriate layers, and then were those layers tested in climatic test chambers.
