Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou, poskytováním, komunikací a financováním zaměstnaneckých výhod. Cílem práce je analýza motivačního programu ve firmě JHV - Engineering s.r.o., konkrétněji zaměřená na analýzu zaměstnaneckých výhod. Součástí praktické části je analýza aktuálního programu a dotazníkové šetření, které zjišťuje spokojenost zaměstnanců, preference a informovanost o zaměstnaneckých výhodách. Práce je zakončena návrhem optimalizace motivačního programu.
The bachelor thesis deals with characteristics, provision, communication and financing of employee benefits. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the motivation program in JHV - Engineering s.r.o., more specifically focused on the analysis of employee benefits. The practical part includes the analysis of the current program and a questionnaire survey which identifies employee satisfaction, preferences and information about employee benefits. The final part of the thesis describes a proposal for optimization of the motivation program.
