Mezipodnikové srovnání konkurenčních podniků

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou finančního zdraví vybraného podniku INTERDENT s.r.o. a následným srovnáním s konkurenčními společnostmi v rámci odvětví maloobchod. Teoretická část práce je orientována na přiblížení základních pojmů a metod spojených s finanční analýzou a mezipodnikovým srovnáním. Praktická část práce v sobě obsahuje charakteristiku odvětví a popis společnosti. Následuje finanční analýza podniku v období 2013-2017. V poslední fázi praktické části práce jsou finanční výsledky srovnány s konkurenčními společnostmi pomocí jednorozměrných a vícerozměrných mezipodnikových srovnávacích metod, na základě kterých jsou vznesena doporučení pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti sledovaného podniku.The aim of this master's thesis is to analyse financial health of selected company INTERDENT and to carry out intercompany comparison of competing businesses within the retail sector. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the approximation of basic concepts and methods connected with financial analysis and intercompany comparison. The practical part of the thesis contains the characteristics of the industry and brief description of the company. It also contains financial analysis of selected company between 2013-2017. In the final phase of the practical part, the financial results are compared with competing businesses using one-dimensional and multidimensional intercompany benchmarking methods, based on which recommendations are made to increase the competitiveness of the monitored enterprise.
