Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je projekt rodinného domu pro rodinu s dvěma dětmi v Praze 6 – Dejvice. Velikost rodinného domu by měla odpovídat obvyklým nárokům českých klientů, cena do 10 mil. Kč. Pozemek se nachází ve svahu směrem k jihovýchodů a nabízí výhledy na Hradčany a na Staré Město Prahy. Hlavním motivem návrhu je skoro neexistující rovnováha mezi diametrálně odlišnými myšlenkami o tom, co je moderní rodina a co je moderní život. Daná idea je vyjádřena ve snaze najít soulad mezi primitivismem, tradičním stavitelstvím a soudobými architektonickými myšlenkami. Objekt svým tvarem a obrazem respektuje a reaguje na stávající zástavbu ale přitom nechává ideový prostor pro následující možný rozvoj lokality.

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the design of a residential house for a family with two children in Prague 6 – Dejvice. The size of a house should meet the usual demands of Czech clients, the price is up to 10 million CZK. The land plot is located on a slope towards the southeast and offers views over Hradčany and Staré Město of Prague. The message of the design is an almost non-existent balance between diametrically opposed ideas about what a modern family and modern life are. This idea is expressed in an effort to find harmony between primitivism, traditional architecture and contemporary architectural ideas. With its shape and image, the building respects and fits in with the existing built-up area, but at the same time leaves room for new ideas for the possible subsequent development of the site.
