Finanční analýza a porovnání dvou vybraných stavebních podniků

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou a jejím následným využitím pro zhodnocení ekonomické situace dvou vybraných stavebních podniků. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Nejprve jsou v teoretické části představeny základní a zároveň nejpoužívanější a nejosvědčenější metody finanční analýzy, které poskytnou cenné informace o finančním hospodaření podniku a hospodaření s majetkem. V praktické části bude zpracována finanční analýza obou stavebních podniků na základě dat získaných z účetních závěrek obou společností. Cílem bude porovnat tyto podniky a zjistit, který stavební podnik je na tom z hlediska finančního zdraví lépe, a který podnik by se měl v jistých oblastech zlepšit, aby dosahoval prosperity v konkurenčním prostředí.This bachelor thesis deals with financial analysis and its use for evaluation of companies. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. First, the theoretical part introduces the most used and the most proven methods of financial analysis, which provide valuable information about the financial management and asset management of the company. In the practical part, a financial analysis of two construction companies is made using the data of financial statements of the companies. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to compare the companies and find out which construction company is better in terms of financial health and which company should improve in certain areas in order to achieve prosperity in a competitive environment.
