Měření výkonové charakteristiky chladiče počítačového procesoru

Abstract

Pro experimentální zjištění výkonové charakteristiky CPU chladiče bylo nejprve zapotřebí vyrobit a sestavit měřící aparaturu. Následné vyhodnocení změřených hodnot bylo provedeno podle vztahu, který uvažuje teplotu okolí a měděného tělesa nahrazující procesor. Sestavení aparatury a měření proběhlo na základě teoretických znalostí probraných v úvodních kapitolách. Po vyhodnocení naměřených výsledků tepelných odporů byly tyto hodnoty porovnány s hodnotami výrobce. Výsledek vedl k odchylce vzniklé pravděpodobně odlišným postupem měření nebo vyhodnocení.

In order to find thermal performance of a CPU cooler it was required to make and assemble measuring aquipment. The following analysis of the recorded values was done based on a relation between the temperature of the air and the copper object, which was used instead of a CPU. The assembly of the measuring equipment and the measuring itself was based in the theoretical knowledge discussed in the introductory chapters. After the measurements of the thermal resistances were analyzed, they were compared with the values granted by the manufacturer. The results deviated and were probably cause by the diference in measurement and analysis.
