Abstract
Diplomová práce analyzuje varianty rekonstrukce zadaného bytové domu. Pro analýzu jsou uvažovány tři varianty rekonstrukce, kombinující různé úrovně tepelně technický opatření s rozdílnými zdroji tepla a využitím obnovitelných zdrojů. Součástí diplomové práce je i návrh kombinace energeticky úsporných opatření s nejnižšími celkovými náklady pro zvolenou úroveň redukce emisí CO2.
The diploma thesis analyzes variants of the reconstruction of a given apartment building. Three variants of reconstruction are considered for the analysis, combining different levels of thermal engineering measures with different heat sources and the use of renewable sources. The diploma thesis also includes a proposal for a combination of energy saving measures with the lowest total costs for the selected level of CO2 emission reduction.
