Vliv účinku rázové vlny při léčbě plantární fasciitidy

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku plantární fasciitidy a jejího ovlivnění. V teoretické části je zmíněna anatomie a kineziologie nohy, biomechanika hlezenního kloubu a podrobněji rozebrána chůze. Dále je zde kapitola věnovaná plantární fasciitidě, etiologii jejího vzniku, klinickému obrazu, rizikovým faktorům vedoucím k jejímu vzniku a vybraným léčebným postupům. V metodice jsou zmíněny a rozepsány všechny vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy, které byly využity pro část speciální. Do speciální části je zahrnuto vstupní a výstupní vyšetření a zvolená terapie. Ve výsledcích jsou porovnány v tabulkách a grafech vybrané vstupní a výstupní hodnoty všech probandů, rozdělených do dvou skupin.This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of plantar fasciitis and its impact. In the theoretical part, the anatomy and kinesiology of the foot, biomechanics of the ankle joint and gait are discussed in detail. There is also a chapter in plantar fasciitis, its etiology, clinical presentation, risk factors leading to its occurrence and selected therapeutic procedures. All the investigative and therapeutic procedures that were used for the special section are mentioned and described in the methodology. The special part includes the initial and final check-up and the chosen therapy. In the results, the selected input and output values of all probands, divided into two groups, are compared in tables and graphs.
