REVITALIZACE AREÁLU PAPÍRNY V PLZNI

Abstract

Práce se zabývá revitalizací areálu bývalé papírny v Plzni. Toto místo je pozoruhodné díky své bohaté historii a industriální architektuře. Hlavní myšlenkou je vrátit život území areálu a prověřit možnosti jeho nového využití tak, aby zůstaly zachované historické a architektonické hodnoty stávajících budov. Práce řeší, jak návrh nové urbánní struktury území, tak i architektonické řešení nového využití stávajících budov a návrh nových budov v areálu.The project deals with the revitalization of the area of the former paper mill in Pilsen. This place is notable for its rich history and industrial architecture. The main idea is to bring the area back to life and examine the possibilities of its new use in such a way that the historical and architectural values of the existing buildings are preserved. The work deals with both the design of the new urban structure of the area, as well as the architectural solution for the new use of existing buildings and the design of new buildings in the area.
